Waterton Dusk
28 x 22 Oil on Canvas Waterton often enters my subject matter with the colour and texture we enjoy when visiting that National Park. This beaver pond, although appears serene, is the hub of activity with deer on the land and osprey in the sky. We witnessed a diving osprey on one occasion to this spot. The particular scene in this painting shows the sun just beginning to settle in the western sky, casting a warm glow over the top of the forest.
